Support

Make your screenshots say what you mean. Fineshot is an iPhone and iPad app for adding arrows, highlights, and callouts, hiding private details, and giving screenshots a clean finish.

Email [email protected]. Please include your iOS version and, if it helps, a screenshot of the problem. Fineshot has no account system, so there is nothing to log in to.

Common questions

How do I try Fineshot without importing anything?

On the Captures screen, open Try with a sample and choose Screenshot. The sample opens in the editor with every tool available.

How do I send a screenshot to Fineshot from another app?

Tap Share in any app that shows an image, then choose Fineshot from the share sheet. If Fineshot isn't listed, scroll the app row to the end, tap More, and enable it. The editor opens directly and returns you to the original app when you close it.

Where are my edits saved?

Every image you open becomes a project in the Captures library on your device, with the original preserved. Reopen a project to keep editing. Exporting, saving to Photos, or sharing produces a separate finished file and leaves the project editable.

What does Fineshot Pro include?

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks every wallpaper collection, removes the Fineshot branding from exports, and raises the limits on saved templates, brand profiles, and custom export sizes. The Nature collection, 26 gradients, and 12 starter wallpapers are included free.

I bought Pro on another device. How do I restore it?

Open Settings (the gear button on the Captures screen), choose Fineshot Pro, and tap Restore Purchases. You must be signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

Does Fineshot upload my images anywhere?

No. Fineshot has no servers and makes no network requests. Text recognition runs on your device. See the privacy policy.

Can Fineshot record my screen or capture scrolling pages?

Not in this version. Fineshot edits screenshots and images you already have. You can stitch two to eight screenshots together from the editor.

Something isn't working.

Force-quit and reopen the app first. If it keeps happening, go to Settings → Share diagnostics and email us the file. It contains version and performance information only, never your images.
